Marie-Eve is responsible for structuring and supporting Neo Carbone's growth. She leads operations, human resources, and partnerships, ensuring the solutions we build translate into concrete client results through the human factor. As a CRHA-certified HR professional and accredited mediator, she embeds change management in deployments to secure adoption and maximize AI solution impact. She guides client organizations through transformation, so teams keep pace with technology. After more than 15 years in organizational transformation, she works from one simple reality: even an excellent solution only creates value if it is actually used.

Isaac is a veteran software architect and engineering lead across decades of pioneering projects, and a former fellow at the Berkman Klein Center (Harvard). He invented Aivvy Q, the first ML-based smart music device, and co-founded Musicoin, a major indie-music blockchain platform that pays musicians directly. He was a core architect on Intel's Pentium MMX compiler team, sits on the W3C Agentic Protocol Working Group, originated Recursive Emergence theory, and maintains BELLA over contested, evolving knowledge. At Neo Carbone as CTO, he brings that depth to the studio's architecture.

Emerik is a talented developer with an excellent ability to evaluate and structure projects. An expert in mobile development, he knows how to design experiences built for the user and anticipate their needs naturally and effectively. His analytical sense, combined with great technical rigor, allows him to define clear and realistic scopes that foster project progress. Driven by a genuine concern for client satisfaction, he ensures that every decision contributes to delivering a solid, coherent product aligned with expectations.

Sylvain has spent two decades building distributed systems and the last three running an applied-AI and post-quantum research lab. His published work includes hallucination reduction in language models, ternary neural architectures, and formally verified AI safety, with hundreds of theorems shipped alongside the code. The systems he writes about, he also runs. At Neo Carbone, he turns research-stage ideas into capabilities the studio can put into client work.

With over 14 years of experience in UX/UI and product design, Anna has built dozens of products used by millions of users across SaaS, healthcare, smart home, and other industries. She brings a rare combination of design expertise and technical depth, bridging the gap between user experience and implementation. With front-end and web development expertise, she translates designs into AI-powered solutions—from user research to coded prototypes—that are both beautiful and technically sound.

Maximilien has been building software professionally since age 16, cutting his teeth at an AI startup before moving through Ticketmaster and back into startups. Across mobile development, production engineering, and CI/CD, he's developed a sharp eye for sustainable codebases and shippable products. Today, he builds the environments where AI can produce software quickly and reliably. Trilingual in French, English, and Spanish, he thrives in fast-moving, multilingual teams. For him, software is the closest thing to a superpower: building something real from nothing.

Arsh came to Neo Carbone to push AI beyond the demo stage. With demonstrated experience in AI and ML systems, he's turning malleable software from concept into something real, building the intelligence layer that lets users reshape applications through conversation. He thrives in complexity, ships through it, and treats hard problems like they're the whole point.
